I was reading a blog last nite about how this guy was so upset that Fisher price had a camera for kids, pink for girls and blue for boys. The tittle was a derogatory remark about Fisher Price. There were twenty seven comments posted in his blog.
What struck me about it was how could anyone be so upset about that. Judging by his remarks I would think the guy had trouble sleeping that nite.
I just kept thinking about all the people in the U.S. that are hungry, or sick, or in trouble.
I read some of his other posts and they were all the same. Blogging about trivial problems in his life. His stats were amazingly high.
I’ve noticed that about alot of blogs. It seems that the blogs that deal with “dark” subjects or have alot of vulgar wording in them do the best. It reminds me of that song “Dirty Laundry”.
I also noticed that when I posted ” I ate from dumpsters” my stats went up.
I don’t think there is anything wrong with that. It’s just human nature to be intersested in the odd.
I’m thinking I may change the name of my blog to “Dirty Up”.

My dad died 2 yrs ago. Today is his birthday. When he died I inherited a special gift. Thats the rules. My siblings never talked to him because of the way he raised us. He wasn’t much of a dad most of the time and he wasn’t around alot. I always stayed in touch with him, except when he would disapear. That happend quit a few times. No one could find him for a year or two, then he’d pop up again. His passports were full of places in the middle east and Eruope. There were rumors that he was a spy, but he wasn’t. I spent the summer of 89 with him and his second wife. My mom died at middle age. No one knew his second but me. He told me alot of what he was about. It took a long time, and many beers before I could get him to talk. Most of it I can’t talk about, not even to my brother and sisters. Somtimes I wish I could. I have told them what I could, but it wasn’t enough to change thier opinion. My younger sister is Ok with him now. She and I were there when he died. He wasn’t a good dad but he did the best he could and I know he wished no ill will towards us. His life was just more important. He was well liked and well connected with the wrong people. I was introduced, and liked it. He was a very smart man. Somtimes we were rich, and somtimes we didn’t have anything to eat. We lived in so many places that my childhood is a blur. I can’t remember alot of what most people can about when they were young.
I ‘m a mellow sort of guy, now. After years of staying drunk, I have become sober and have lost a terrible temper that got me in alot of trouble. It amazeses me too see what I can tolerate compared to juast a few yrs ago. It’s a good thing.

The reason for the title is because of the deadly, and ellusive “cross contamination”. You see I cross contaminate all the time while cooking. Thats a huge no-no. I know because I see it on TV and everything on TV must be true. I mix suasage in with my hamburger meat when I make a hamburger. Then without washing my hands I open my spices and add some. It always creeps me out because I know the last time I used them I did the same thing. I also open my fridge without washing my hands first. I try to do it with one finger, but usually can’t. Man there must be millions of Sal’s and Monella’s on that handle. I think Grape jelly must kill it because latter, when I make a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich I never get sick. I wonder if strawberry jelly would work.
I don’t think there was such a thing as cross contamination when I was a kid. My mom and grandma did it all the time and no one ever got sick. It must be because of the end of the world is comming, thats what I hear the preachers on TV say, so it must be true.
I thought about buying one of those cleansers that kill 99.9% of anything, that I see advertised after 20/20 or 60 min does a spot on germs, but I think that one germ might turn on me for killing all his buddies.
My grandma was pure Cajun. She cooked a mean pot of gumbo. Besides all the usual seafood and chicken she ‘d put some duck and turtle in it. But she had special water, thats all she used to clean up with and no one ever got sick. I guess it could have been the old rag she used.
Anyway, as I understand it, I should be dead by now or at least sick all the time. Maybe I am. Maybe instead of afecting me physically it is afecting me mentaly. I must be nuts to not worry about cross contamination! It’s on TV!

” Some people just want a better way to comunicate with a set number of people”.
Are you kidding me. What do you think, we blog for a select few? We want as many people as possible to see our blogs. Why do you think “Myspace” is so popular. It’s not because of people hiding themselves. I would like to know, if anyone one ever sees my blog, how many of you only want a few to view your blog. Of course no one sees mine so I should be in heaven, right Matt?
